What is 180 Degree Box?

180 Degree Box is a monthly self-care and wellness box specifically designed to inspire joy and inspire me-time in an accessible way. We partner with mission-led brands to provide premium wellness and lifestyle goodies, making self-care an easier, consistent and affordable practice for you. Each month we curate around a theme to help you to enjoy seasonal goodies and always find the moment to pause and nurture your wellbeing.

When do boxes usually ship out?

Boxes usually ship by the 4th unless we have an issue which we will communicate. Expect your shipments to arrive before the 15th of each month.
If you don't receive your box by the 15th of that given month, please feel free to reach out to us at our email or on our contact form. We will be more than happy to help you with any concerns with your shipment.

When can I buy my box?

Boxes are pre ordered. For each month you have until the 7th to get that specific month's box. Any purchases after the seventh will receive the next month's box. Shipping starts on the 4th of each month for upcoming box.

 

How Do I Cancel my Box?

Log in to your account to cancel your subscription.
If you're having problems canceling your box shoot us an email and we'd be happy to assist!
If you cancel after that month's billing date . You will still receive that upcoming box, so keep that date in mind when placing your order or canceling.
We do not do returns we will of course have a discussion as to each unique persons situation as they arise. Send us an email we are always here to help.
You purchase indicate you are committing to the length of your subscription plan.
Do You Ship Internationally?
For subscription plans, we ship to Canada for a flat-rate shipping fee per box of $19.95. All international orders have an estimated 7 to 30+ business days for delivery, although 180 Degree Box cannot guarantee a time frame for any processing delays that may arise through the post offices of destination countries. 180 Degree Box is not responsible for any applicable governmental taxes/custom fees for international shipments that may arise.

What is your Return Refund Policy?

We honor cancellation and full refunds within 24 hours of placing your order/renewal only. You must email us immediately within 24 hours of your order at info@mytherabox.com and request a refund via email because we process refunds manually. After receiving an email request for the refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the full refund to appear back into your card.

What is the Value of the boxes?

As we are slowly building our company we are trying to improve value and uniqueness with each box we make. If there’s a product you’d love to see in a box, lets us know on Instagram or in an email!
Right now the value of our boxes usually fall between $180 to $220 plus on average.
If there’s ever a problem with a box you receive feel free to leave your feedback and let us know what you think!

What If I Received A Damaged Item?

Complimentary replacements are provided if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please email us at 180degreesub@gmail.com and attach required photo evidence of any damages/defects within 14 days of receipt of the box.

Please ensure you send us photos of:
1) The outside condition of the box upon delivery

2) The damaged Item showing evident damage/leakage

3) A picture of the inside of the box you received.
Our team will ship you any replacements for damaged items ASAP after receiving these photos. We are unable to process a replacement without photos. You may be required to return the damaged goods in order for us to process the claim. We will provide a free shipping label if that is the case.
